Greetings, we have some news to share:
Pascolo Ristorante will move to the historic Sweetwaters building (circa 1850) at 118 Church Street this coming Fall (November-ish).
David Melincoff, the present Sweetwaters owner since the 1990’s, and Farmhouse Group owner Jed Davis, have known each other for nearly 20 years. What began as a simple conversation this past spring ultimately led to a win-win situation for all parties.
“Upon deciding it was time to move on, it was important for me to sell the business to a local organization that was aligned with our core values; Great guest service, high quality food, taking care of the employees and of course, giving back to the community. All of this was accomplished by passing on the reigns to Jed and the Farmhouse Group.” - Sweetwaters owner, David Melincoff
"I am thrilled with the opportunity that David has presented. David has worked tirelessly for 40 years on the Marketplace. The Pascolo team is psyched for the big move to 118 Church Street. It's a landmark property that will allow us to more fully represent the Pascolo concept including lunch service and even a retail presence." - Pascolo Ristorante owner, Jed Davis
Sweetwaters last day of operation will be Labor Day 2022. Upon transfer, the building will undergo a significant renovation and reopen as Pascolo Ristorante. Pascolo Ristorante will continue to operate at its current location 83 Church Street up until the move. Cheers.
